Political Bio
I consider myself fairly conservative. I grew up in a republican based family and until I got out of high school never really questioned why my family was so conservative. I have never really done any research on either the right or left side of the governmental standings nor have I ever really cared to. I didn't vote in the presidential election because I did not have time to fully research both sides and what they were debating, so I felt that if I couldn't be fully educated why vote if I don't know what I'm really voting for, and also because even though everyone constantly says the popular vote counts, it doesn't, it's all up to the electoral college vote and I didn't see the point in voting myself since the electoral votes had already been favored to one side during voting periods. I would like to learn a little more about our government and its standings, but I really just need to get my government credit for my major and that's why I'm in this class. I've never been actually interested in all of this political stuff. It just seems like a discussion breaks out about political standings everyone in the conversation just gets angry and it turns into an argument and I don't want to waste my time arguing with someone who doesn't know half of what they're talking about.
